OUR MISSION

The New Zealand International Young Artists Festival brings together young musical artists from New Zealand and overseas by providing them with high-level resources, support, and experiences to enhance their musical development. The Festival demonstrates music tuition is beneficial to everyone by positively impacting those involved in our programme directly and within our community. The Festival exposes young musicians, and their families, to a wide range of career and study options through various types of performing art events throughout the week, and advocates for the transferable skills music students learn and carry with them for the rest of their lives.
